Who we are
Sweven is a facilities maintenance service for commercial businesses — not software. We execute in the background: monitoring assets, coordinating vendors, tracking compliance, and matching invoices. We contact the Facility Manager only when a decision is required.

Our story
Sweven was founded by Jorge Canal, a technology entrepreneur based in Lake Mary, Florida, with a background in IoT, cloud architecture, and business process management. After spending years building enterprise maintenance systems for government contractors and Fortune 500 companies, Jorge saw the same problem everywhere: the FM was the bottleneck. Every work order, every vendor call, every invoice — funneled through one person, manually, every time.
The gap wasn't a lack of software — it was a model problem. Existing tools made the FM a better operator of a broken system. Sweven was built to fix the system itself: a service layer that handles the coordination, so the FM only steps in when a real decision is needed.
Milestones
EcoBPM founded in Florida — a maintenance management system built for government contractors and Fortune 500 companies.
Sweven launched as a purpose-built service for the commercial mid-market, replacing spreadsheet-based operations.
Sweven became the first CMMS built on AWS architecture to be listed on the AWS Marketplace.
Evolved into a full Semi-Autonomous Maintenance Infrastructure as a Service — combining IoT, AI dispatch, vetted vendors, and Fractional FMs in one coordinated operation.
